Ebay Find: Space age Zenith Speakers
Up for auction today: These amazing Zenith speakers from the 60′s.
From the kettle drum body, to the cone shape leading to the top, these speakers are a work of art, and usability. There’s something very loungy about these beauties, that would make them perfect for a bar room. Just picture hooking them up to a record player, sipping scotch, and smoking a cigar…ahh, peace.
As per the seller: “Nice speakers recovered from a local estate sale. I have tested both of these speakers and they sound wonderful. Speakers are 13 1/2″ high and 10″ in diameter. They are a bit dusty and sold “as found.” Great cosmetic condition. Speakers will ship in 2 separate boxes — shipping total will $49 via UPS.”
