Ebay Find: Herman Miller Eames Two Seat Sofa
While scouting Ebay today, I found this fantastic Eames Two Seat Sofa by Herman Miller. The Eames sofa is the last item produced by the Eames office, with Herman Miller manufacturing the product since 1984.
With it’s steel and leather elements, this sofa has an old school airport gate seating feel to it. It’s clean simple lines would work well in a study or lounge. While I’ve never sat on it, I would say based on other Eames seating I own, this is probably pretty comfortable, which can’t always be said for sleek and modern sofas.

The Ebay Seller has only listed stock photos, so I would be sure to ask for some actual photo’s of the piece, including the Herman Miller plate which should appear on the back, or bottom of the sofa. The sofa is usually sold for between $6,500 to 9,000 so if bidding doesn’t get to much above the $5,499.99 starting price, this could be a steal!
